⚙ Behavior & Strategy
Bugs move strictly up/down or left/right along a fixed pattern and don’t react to the player’s presence.
- They will not chase the player—stay on the side of their path to avoid damage.
- Perfect early targets to clear out insect slayer quests or fill the Adventurer’s Guild quota.
🔼 Variants
In addition to the standard Bug, tougher variations exist in different locations or special mine conditions:
| Variant | Location / Conditions | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 🪲 Bug (Standard) | Mines (floors 1–39) | Weakest form, very low HP |
| ⚠️ Bug (Dangerous) | Mines during Danger in the Deep or Shrine of Challenge | Stronger stats, more dangerous attacks |
| 🛡 Armored Bug | Skull Cavern | Immune to normal weapons; requires Bug Killer enchant to damage |
| 🛡⚠️ Armored Bug (Dangerous) | Skull Cavern during Invasion quest | Stronger armored version, same immunity rules |
