🔥 Torch

The Torch is a craftable lighting item in Stardew Valley. When held, it provides light in dark areas such as nighttime outdoors or inside the Mines, with a radius of approximately 3 tiles. Torches can also be placed indoors or outdoors as a permanent light source.

In addition to crafting, Torches can be obtained by using a hoe, pickaxe, or axe on certain spots. Placing a Soggy Newspaper into the Recycling Machine may also yield 3 Torches.
