The Desert, also known as the Calico Desert, is a remote region in Stardew Valley accessible by bus travel. It is home to unique shops, forageables, fishing spots, and the dangerous Skull Cavern. The Desert introduces late-game challenges and rewards, including rare materials, powerful items, and exclusive NPC services.

- Reached by taking the bus from the Bus Stop after it has been repaired.
- The bus is restored by completing the Vault bundles in the Community Center or through Joja membership.
- Each trip costs 500g and is driven by Pam once the bus is fixed.

- Oasis — a shop run by Sandy that sells seeds, recipes, and rare items.
- Casino — hidden in the back of the Oasis, unlocked during Mr. Qi’s questline.
- Skull Cavern — a dangerous late-game mine filled with rare ores, Iridium, and unique monsters.
