The Cave Fly is a hostile monster found in Stardew Valley. It is the mature form of the Grub, which transforms into a Cave Fly if not defeated quickly. Cave Flies are fast-moving enemies that aggressively pursue the player, often appearing in swarms in the Mines.

Due to their speed and erratic flight patterns, Cave Flies can overwhelm unprepared players, making them one of the more dangerous early-game insect enemies.
