Fiber is a resource in Stardew Valley primarily obtained from cutting weeds with a Scythe, or by growing Fiber Seeds. It is not edible, but it is widely used in crafting recipes and is required for building several farm structures. Fiber is considered an essential basic material for early- and late-game crafting alike.

While once only obtainable by clearing weeds, the addition of Fiber Seeds allows players to farm it sustainably throughout the year.
