JojaMart sells seeds and basic supplies but represents the corporate alternative to the Community Center storyline. Supporting JojaMart changes the town’s development, offering upgrades through corporate funding instead of community effort.

📍 Location

  • Located on the east side of Pelican Town, across the bridge north of the river.
  • Easily accessible once unlocked, with regular store hours.
  • Competes directly with Pierre’s General Store in the town center.

🕑 Operation

  • Open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
  • Always open on Wednesdays, when Pierre’s General Store is closed (before Community Center completion).
  • Operated by Morris, the Joja representative in Pelican Town.

🛒 Products

  • Seeds — often slightly more expensive than Pierre’s.
  • Basic supplies like fertilizer, saplings, and groceries.
  • Joja Membership — required to pursue the Joja route.

While JojaMart provides convenience, it lacks the unique recipes and variety of Pierre’s General Store. Purchasing the Joja Membership alters the storyline, closing the Community Center permanently.

🏗 Community Development

Choosing the Joja route replaces Community Center bundles with the Joja Community Development Form. Instead of completing bundles with items, upgrades are purchased directly with gold. These upgrades include repairing the bus, bridge, minecarts, and greenhouse.

Pro Tip: The Joja route is faster for unlocking upgrades but sacrifices the Community Center and its rewards.
